The schedule for the retreat is:Please note that the times are just a general indication and will adjust according to the natural flow of the retreat. The Yoga practice in the morning includes basic warm-ups, stretching and some gentle pranayama. There are 3 distinct phases of meditation for each session. A 30 min centering meditation, a (roughly) 1 hour deep contemplative meditation, and finally a closing non-conceptual meditation (essentially a meditation free from any formal technique) which will very in length.
